Returns

Due to the nature of our products sold on Fresh-hair.com the following applies: The products sold on Fresh-hair.com are excluded from returns because of the personal nature due to sanitation requirements. It is also the preference of our customers and request that they do not receive someone's else returned items. In the case of hair is also a guarantee for our customers that they receive hair which has never been worn-, fitted and finger touched to much by others. To ensure the best quality of your purchase, and to ensure and continue to guarantee the quality, this policy is needed.

We do not give money back, but work according to a credit note basis. Even when paying afterwards is chosen as payment method, we use the credit note principle. Also when the Afterpay invoice has not been payed yet. If you are not completely satisfied we may allow an exchange or you can choose to receive a credit note. A request for exchange can only be done by email. If you wish to exchange you need to email us within 48 hours after receipt. Fresh-hair.com may also allow an exchange when there is existence of a manufacturing defect. If we sent you the wrong order an exchange will also be allowed. There are no exchanges allowed without permission of Fresh-hair.com. Unannounced returns are always rejected and never accepted by us. Custom made orders and hair care products are always excluded from exchange. An exchange is only allowed under certain conditions. The hair needs to be returned in the condition in which it was received. We will not accept units of which the lace has been cutted or the hair has been combed or styled. We also will not accept products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off. Fresh-hair.com will thoroughly inspect the hair. If we detect that the hair has been used or is no longer in the state of which it was received an exchange is no longer possible. After you have contacted us with the request for exchange, and the exchange is permitted, the hair should be returned within 48 hours. All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer's expense except when the wrong order was sended by us. We recommend to visit our store in case of doubt for yourself to see our hair and products. A wrong purchase can be avoided in this way.
